2. Scope of Data Collected
In connection with the services provided through beamuppl.com, we collect the following categories of personal data: first and last name, email address, content of messages submitted through the contact form, technical data regarding the device and browser (IP address, browser type, operating system).
Providing personal data in the contact form is voluntary but necessary to respond to your inquiry or provide consulting services.
3. Purposes of Data Processing
Personal data is processed for the following purposes: responding to inquiries submitted via the contact form (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), providing consulting services regarding financial entitlements (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), fulfilling legal obligations incumbent on the controller (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR), pursuing or defending claims (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Personal data processing is carried out on the basis of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) and the Polish Act of 10 May 2018 on the Protection of Personal Data.
For data collected via the contact form, the legal basis for processing is the user's consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) or the necessity for the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Personal data is retained for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected: contact form data for the duration of correspondence and 12 months after its conclusion, data processed on the basis of consent until its withdrawal, data necessary to fulfill legal obligations for periods required by law (e.g., 5 years for tax documentation).

Personal data may be shared with the following categories of recipients: hosting and IT service providers, entities authorized under applicable law (e.g., tax authorities, courts), entities processing data on behalf of the controller under a data processing agreement.
We do not transfer personal data to third countries outside the European Economic Area without ensuring an adequate level of protection.
