These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website beamuppl.com operated by Beamuppl Sp. z o.o., registered at ul. Marszalkowska 27/35, 00-639 Warsaw, Poland, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the KRS under number 0000945712.

Using the website constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these provisions, please refrain from using the website.

2. Definitions

Website: the internet service available at beamuppl.com. Service Provider: Beamuppl Sp. z o.o. User: any natural person using the website. Services: consulting services regarding financial entitlements, government and European programs provided through the website. Contact Form: an electronic form available on the website enabling contact with the Service Provider.

3. Scope of Services

Through the website, the Service Provider offers the following services: free analysis of eligibility for state and European benefits, consulting on tax deductions, assistance in submitting applications for grants and benefits, information about available financial support programs.

11. Final Provisions

These Terms & Conditions come into effect on January 15, 2026. In matters not regulated by these Terms & Conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means.
